75% of the World Isn’t Getting Enough of This Mineral
420 Words | 2 Minute Read
If I told you, you had a 75% chance of dying tomorrow- you’d be pretty frightened right?
That’s a statistical nightmare- and a very highly statistically significant number.
You’d (hopefully) do everything and anything in your power to improve your odds against it.
Well… I have good news- and I have bad news.
The good news? This is just a hypothetical situation to get your brain thinking about numbers.
The bad news? This number is very real- but for a much different reason.
I’m talking about the world’s most invisible deficiency…
Magnesium deficiency.
Every single organ in our body requires Magnesium! There are over 3700 magnesium binding sites throughout your body. It’s like our biology is practically pleading with us to get more magnesium to operate more efficiently. Yet- through our modern diets, depletion of minerals in our soil, and mineral absent water- 75% of us aren’t getting enough Magnesium.
This lends to a whole host of issues. Be it increased risk for type 2 diabetes, increased risk for heart disease, chronic fatigue, muscle cramps and spasms, destroying your sleep quality- the list could go on and on till I hit the word limit for this darn email.
And that’s why I recommend almost everyone (baring those with certain medical conditions) take a magnesium supplement.
But… here’s the tricky part.
The world of magnesium supplementation is a minefield. Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium L-Threonate, Glycinate, Taurate, Malate, Citrate, Orotate… you get the idea. There’s so many magnesium forms out there people’s heads start spinning when trying to decide which one to buy.
I’m going to put a stop to that right here.
The best form of Magnesium to take, hands down, is going to be Magnesium Glycinate.
Why you might ask?
Magnesium Glycinate is the most bioavailable form of Magnesium due to its binding with two glycine molecules. This means it is going to be absorbed by your body much easier than lower quality forms such as Magnesium Oxide.
Magnesium Glycinate, best taken at night time, will help calm your nerves- and increase your sleep quality- all while combating magnesium deficiency.
The highest quality one that I’ve come across is Nootropics Depot’s Magnesium Glycinate. Been using it for close to a full year now- and I can say unequivocally that it has helped my sleep, my anxiety levels, and overall vitality.
Whether you’re a triathlete, a health enthusiast, or just someone looking to level up their wellness just a tiny bit…
Magnesium is going to be your best friend.
Make magnesium deficiency a thing of the past- and start your journey to a better, healthier, and unrecognizable you.
Stay healthy tribe,
