How to Dose Zinc L-Carnosine
Finding the Right Dose: From what I’ve seen in my research, the recommended dose for Zinc L-Carnosine is 75 mg taken twice daily.
This dosage has been shown time and time again to be effective in clinical studies for promoting gut health and healing. However… as with any supplement- it’s always better to start low and work your way up to a clinical dosage.
Practical Tips:
Consistency is Key: Take your doses at the same time every day to maintain steady levels in your system.
With Food: To maximize absorption and minimize potential stomach discomfort, take Zinc L-Carnosine with meals.
When to Take Zinc L-Carnosine
Optimal Timing: Taking Zinc L-Carnosine twice daily- once in the morning and once in the evening- is going to be the most ideal.
This ensures a consistent supply of the supplement throughout the day and night, supporting continuous gut healing and protection. Remember, we’re in this for the long haul. Healing will… very unfortunately… not take place over night.
As we mentioned earlier- Consistency is key!
